Not sure if this new maid is compatible or not with you? We are for a 1 week trial period for this compatible maid to work with you. If you do not get the treatment, contact us immediately so that we can exchange it with a new maid within that one week.

After a period of 1 week of probation, if you do not give any word of objection, we will continue to apply for a permit for this maid. All important documents will be sent to Immigration. At this time, you can no longer withdraw the maid permit application.

Biodata Selection

Online interview sessions will be held to ensure employers get to know the maids better. The employer has to decide for the selection of the maid biodata.

We began our business by supplying domestic helpers from the Philippines & Indonesia and over the years, we have forged close ties with our counterparts there. This has culminated in a long and trusted relationship where everybody wins in the equation ie. our clients, our domestic helpers (maid), our counterparts in the Philippines, and Indonesia, and us as the agency at AP SAFS.

With a designated local agency in the Philippines & Indonesia to work with us as an enlarged service provider, it has given us a favorable advantage and strength to be able to promise and confidently supply domestic helpers (maids) at any time of the season and to countries like Hong Kong and Singapore aside from Malaysia.

Our domestic helpers are generally from the age of 25 and above, female, with a minimum high school qualification and some possessing the experience as a domestic helper from their previous engagements.

All our domestic helpers would come and serve their clients after receiving the PLKS (Pas Lawatan Kerja Sementara Bagi Pembantu Rumah or the Temporary Work Pass for Domestic Helper (maid) issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Issuance of the PLKS is ascribed with the terms and conditions of the Immigration Department. This makes them legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

  • The minimum household income must be RM7,000.00 a month for the first domestic helper (maid).
  • The minimum household income must be RM10,000.00 a month for the second domestic helper (maid).
  • It depends on the purpose you want to employ a maid. Please contact our professional consultant for more explanation.

The monthly salary is USD 400 (RM1685.00 as determined by the Philippine Government) and is entitled to 1 rest day a week, however, if you’d like a maid to work on a rest day, You’d have to pay RM97.20 per day

The monthly salary is RM1500.00 as determined by the Indonesian Government and is entitled to 1 rest day a week, however, if you’d like a maid to work on a rest day, You’d have to pay RM85.50 per day

  • To pay the maid’s salary appropriately and timely in accordance with, the contract.
  • To provide the maid’s basic necessities which include enough food, enough rest, a proper place to rest and sleep and medical needs.
  • Not to abuse or mistreat the maid
